The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) is the steward of the HEDIS measures. The licensing agreement between MNCM and NCQA specifies that we are unable to share the specifications we purchase from NCQA, but the specifications are available from NCQA at their website: https://www.ncqa.org/hedis/measures/
